Cullen0007 Banned for twigging and theft

TIME: 23:30ish

Reason: Twiging & theft

Length: Perm

INFO: Cullen0007 was caught inside a protected pumpjack enclosure bragging about stealling 4k+lgf when questioned about it he continued to ignore all contact i looked into his inv and recovered the lgf and was left with no choice but to ban
