Reason: Looting placeables after being warned

Additional Info: Around midnight on 8/23 a player reported missing items from their pumpjack, refinery and furnace. After finding ZenoreTB with the missing items, he was warned. Not 12 hours later, another player reported suspicious activity. After investigating, ZenoreTB was found on multiple furnaces in the area and his TC full of the materials.
