rejected Blocking Rivers (Pure)

Hi guys,

I suggest we advise players not to block rivers with buildings to ensure access to all river side residents.

I would also like to have a poll to make this practice banned from PURE and others if it applies.

Since the same apply to roads and cars are gone on PURE, boats are the last transport offered to all...

Let me know what the community thinks?

I personally agree and i think of lot a guy in our area too.

When i heard there was an agreement between beachside and upper river resident i have gone ut of my way so people living upstream could still have a bigger boat
