What to do when this happens? Help.

After we built our base someone decided to place foundations with a staircase near our quarries so we can't make a pipe system or place a furnace nearby, we removed the quarries and now someone has been out placing more of these around our base. We don't know what to do, any admin or even a player who knows who may be doing it would be helpful. I attached the screen captures below

Normally 1X1 Twig is to combat bears early on. Since bears can't attack you unless you're on the edge. But I have noticed stairs on the 1X1s this wipe. If you ask an online admin, normally they can remove the twig foundations like this if it interferes with your base or mining rights
