Additional Info: Used a Mini-chopper to access the roof. Took tc, cleared it, locked it,  put a door and lock on locking the owner out. Walled off owner's sleeping bag area. Emptied ~ a dozen boxes taking them all as well as what they wanted from them and despawning what they didn't want.
